These terms cover the website itself. Dining with us, booking a private event, and ordering catering are also subject to the arrangements we confirm with you directly, which are described below.

Our menus change with the seasons and with what is available to our kitchen. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell your server before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of them.

Reservations

Reservations made through this site may be handled by a third-party booking provider, and that provider's own terms apply to the booking itself. Reservations are subject to availability and to any terms we communicate to you at the time of booking, including anything that applies to large parties, holidays, or ticketed events. Tables may be held for a limited time past the reservation and then released.

Private events and catering

Private events and catering orders are arranged directly with our events team and are governed by the written confirmation, proposal, or event agreement we provide for your booking. That document covers details specific to your event, including anything relating to deposits, final counts, and cancellation. Where it differs from these terms, the terms of your event agreement control.

Gift cards

Gift cards are sold and administered through a third-party provider, and that provider's terms govern their purchase, balance, and redemption. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Our content

The text, photographs, menus, logos, and design on this site belong to The Grove Kitchen & Gardens or to the photographers and artists we work with, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages and may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please ask us first before republishing, reselling, or using any of it commercially.
